Before you pick a time

Your booking fee comes off your treatment.

Pay $50 when you book to secure your appointment. If you go ahead with treatment, the full $50 is taken off what you pay on the day.

  • A $50 booking fee is paid when you book to secure your consultation and test spot appointment.
  • The full $50 is credited toward your treatment if you decide to proceed.
  • As a private, appointment-only clinic, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING24 hours' notice

  • Cancellations: the $50 booking fee is not refunded.
  • Rescheduling: with at least 24 hours' notice, your booking fee is transferred to your new appointment.
  • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, or missing your appointment, forfeits your booking fee.

01 · TALK

The armchair, not the chair

We sit down in the lounge first. Your goals, your questions, your timeline. Nothing happens until you're comfortable.

02 · ASSESS

Skin and ink, mapped

We assess your skin type and (for tattoo removal) your ink (age, colours, density), then explain your plan and the full price.

03 · TEST SPOT

A quick test first

We treat a small test spot and wait a few minutes to check how your skin responds before we begin.

04 · TREAT

Same-day treatment

If you're happy, we go ahead with your treatment in the same appointment. Your $50 booking fee comes off the cost.
